NEW: REDDOXX Cloud Archive - optimized for Microsoft 365

Encrypted only, please!

Dear applicants, customers and business partners,
As a digital company, it is completely normal for us to be fast and flexible in order to provide you with the best possible support. That’s why we prefer to receive information by e-mail rather than by post. At the same time, the protection of your personal data is extremely important to us!

And that is precisely why we ask you to to send sensitive data exclusively in encrypted form via our REDDCRYPT service(https://www.reddcrypt.com). This requires a one-time registration, which is  is free of charge. The service is of course also GDPR-compliant.

Please send the encrypted e-mails via REDDCRYPT to:

  • Applicant: job@reddoxx.com
  • Distribution: sales@reddoxx.com

If you are already in contact with one of our employees, you can of course also send them an encrypted e-mail!

On this page, we explain exactly how encryption with REDDCRYPT works and why you should encrypt emails.

Why should you encrypt your emails?

You may have read or heard the saying “Emails are like postcards”. This means that emails can be read by third parties as they are not particularly well protected. Just like a postcard without an envelope.

For many people, this is not a problem when it comes to vacation greetings. But what about contracts, doctor’s letters or a copy of your child’s birth certificate? And these are just a few examples; credit card numbers or payslips should not be sent unencrypted by email either. And the list goes on and on. For this reason, we would like to ask you to only send us sensitive information in encrypted form – to protect your data.

If you decide on your own initiative to send us unsolicited sensitive, personal messages via messenger services (e.g. Whatsapp, Skype…) or email, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any resulting data protection violations.

Why REDDCRYPT?

We have been working intensively on the topic of email security since 2005. We therefore know that although e-mail encryption based on certificates is possible for companies with the appropriate infrastructure, it is far too complicated for the vast majority of people because it requires an enormous understanding of IT.

REDDCRYPT also uses these secure certificates. However, these certificates are created automatically without you having to do anything. For you as a user, REDDCRYPT is simply like another e-mail inbox and is just as easy to use as GMX or web.de.
